-Funfetti cake mix

-1 cup water

-1/2C oil

-3 eggs

24 small lollipops

-24 gummy candy rings, rock candy broken up

-sprinkles

Make 24 cupcakes. Let cool, put frosting and sprinkles and chunks of rock candy on. Gently stretch gummy rings around lollipops. *Main recipe from @Mostlyhomemademom:
