Those Girls by Chevy Stevens 4.5/5

Three sisters – Jess, Courtney, and Dani – live with their alcoholic, abusive father in small town Canada. One night things get out of hand and the girls are forced to run away. What they run away to is somehow worse than what they’ve had to endure their whole childhood. Their truck breaks down in a creepy little town called Cash Creek. Two boys named Brian and Gavin want to *help* them. These monsters lock them up like animals for a week and rape them.

Years later, still dealing with guilt, trauma, and fear, one of the sisters disappears. The others are forced to deal with their past to help save their sister.

I think the moral of this story is never trust strangers, I mean my god. I also would’ve rated this 5/5 except for the fact that the rape scenes are stomach turning and god awful.
