Liam Noone is a hotel magnate that falls to his death from his beloved cliff side property called Windbreak. His kids Nora and Sam believe the whole thing is suspicious.

Alternating chapters go to the very beginning of Liam’s life. Particularly his relationship with a girl named Cordelia or “Cory” from when they were super young. We see their friendship blossom throughout the years. We see Liam go on to have 3 failed marriages and 3 children from those marriages. I’m still unsure if Cory and Liam were having affairs all that time. Or if they just had a deep friendship. Sam and Nora go on a wild goose chase to get to the bottom of their dads death.

I was left wondering why they insisted on flying all over the country to find their answers. Just shoot a text or make a call. But all in all, I really liked it.
