Madison Rivera is a Harvard Law student enamored by her professor, Judge Kathryn Conroy. When Conroy asks her to apply for a competitive internship in her office, Madison is ecstatic. But Madison has a secret that could derail her career.

Danny goes missing from police custody. Madison has to decide if she will risk her entire career to help her brother. The book is separated into multiple parts and we get to see each persons point of view. I really loved this book!
