What the actual F did I just read?

It’s the 1990’s and Patricia Campbell is part of a *not quite a book club.* They read true crime and horror books. Her life is boring and she wishes for more excitement. Well, big mistake.

One night while taking out the trash, she finds old bitchy neighbor Ann Savage out there. She’s eating a raccoon like WTAF then she attacks Patricia, biting off her earlobe and swallowing it! I probably should’ve stopped reading there.

After Ann dies, her nephew James Harris moves in. He’s slick and charming and can’t go out in daylight due to a disorder. Ok weird and knowing the title, we know he’s probably a vampire. Patricia has to convince her “not a book club”. that James is dangerous. She also needs to convince the husbands that James isn’t who he says he is.

I didn’t like it at all. I actually hated the gruesome scenes. And the title implies they will slay multiple vampires, when there’s really only one.
